Diversity and Coaching

An ever increasing number of American organizations hire employees from different countries.  In Silicon Valley it is not unusual to discover that the majority of employees in a number of organizations are from countries other than the United States.  As a company with global reach, Systems Management Institute has experienced the best and worst of highly diverse organizations.
